Real operational flow

How Pinfers works end to end

This page describes what already exists in the product: from company setup and in-location operations to analytics, returns, and multi-location scaling.

Step 1

Set up your company, locations, and roles

From the Panel, you configure your company, add locations, set order schedules, and split access by role: company, location, and marketing.

Step 2

Publish commercial assets

Create offers, vouchers, and campaigns, assign them to one or multiple locations, and notify location followers instantly.

Step 3

Users discover and activate

In the app, users browse locations on the map, see active content (offers, vouchers, campaigns, events), and add what they want to their wallet.

Step 4

In-location validation by scan

Location staff scan QR codes for voucher stamp/redeem, offer redeem, or order pickup. The flow is mobile-first and requires no extra hardware.

Step 5

Order, return, and refund control

For orders created in-platform, you get clear statuses, cancellation, return requests, and refunds, including approval flows between user and location.

Step 6

Measure, optimize, scale

The dashboard centralizes revenue, discounts, completion rates, top locations, and top products, filterable by date range and location.

How each role works

  • Company admin: Dashboard + Panel + Settings (company, locations, offers, vouchers, campaigns, menu, events, gallery).
  • Location team: Overview, Orders, and Scan for fast counter validation.
  • Marketing: operational overview, scan, and campaign execution.
  • End user: Wallet, Map, Orders, and Profile with visible progress and history.

Why this is relevant for partners

  • No complicated new process: scan directly from the phone.
  • Geofence on wallet activation and redeem rules at location level.
  • Full operation flow: order + pickup + return/refund.
  • Clear KPIs for commercial decisions: revenue, discount, conversion, frequency.
  • Works for a single location or a multi-location network without switching platform.
